Hybrid in person and WFH arrangement. The culture is warm, welcomed, supportive and encouraged friendliness. Progressive environment that values the client experience.
Cons
Once a part of the CAPS family many are reluctant to leave causing minimal opportunities for promotion. This is somewhat offset by offering leadership roles without an increase in pay.
