      Pros

      Salary is decent, excellent benefits and time off.

      Cons

      Management is terrible. They aren't able to take advice and make you feel stupid even if it was there mistake. God forbid if you speak up against the supervisors they retaliate and begin to single you out and make your life miserable. Morale in our location is at an all time low but supervisors don't care. Even when you do you do your job well here and be right on-point they will still find a way to tell you it was wrong. Unless you are one of their favorites.

      Pros

      co-workers are super nice, friendly and collaborative. Good flexibility in work arrangements. My immediate boss is nice.

      Cons

      Morale is quite low, and turnover is high. We are losing good people and goals are not being met. Senior Leader tell us to do more with less, and do not want constructive feedback. They don't lead by example, taking elaborate trips instead of being present and supporting staff. Rules don't apply to them. So disappointing, not what you would expect from a public university.
