Pros
I absolutely loved working for Rustic Cuff! Our owner Jill is an amazing person with an incredible heart for her employees and others. My store was a small but mighty group of ladies who felt like my second family. We laughed and cried together and always had each others backs. Rustic Cuff hardly ever felt like a job to me because I loved who I worked with, the customers were great, (especially the amazing regulars), the product was beautiful, and it was so much fun getting to merchandise the beautiful showroom. I truly looked forward to going to work each day and was sad I had to leave due to several personal factors. It was a great job for that season in life and would highly recommend it for sweet girls looking for a fun part time job. Pros: -Store hours -Good pay for retail -Great coworkers -Great boss -Got to wear/borrow product when working -Flexible schedule -Laid back dress code
Cons
My only complaint was that corporate needed to communicate with the store managers more efficiently. More times than not we had to rely on the website or promo emails to find out when product went on sale or when new product came out, which could be tricky rushing around to get new stuff out/prices changed minutes before we opened (sometimes even during store hours)
