      Rust-Oleum has great management and is always available to help. The benefits are great too. My favorite place to work in my 30+ years of working at a few other companies. Pension after 5 years. Great career opportunities.

      Great brands & quality products, wonderful coworkers and community, pension plan, leadership development focus, learning investment.

      Below industry base pay, recent uncertainty of bonus achievement, flat growth, influx of oversight by parent company (less entrepreneurial spirit), recent reductions in force.
