Pros
It's a great job if you are a good talker and get buddy buddy with management. You'll get paid well and don't have to work.
Cons
They treat their long-term employees like trash. Give new employees raises while not giving their current employees decent compensation. Forcing insane amount of overtime during a pandemic. Want everything to run like new but won't buy new machines. The whole place is filthy and just trash.
