Pros

- There are many opportunity for improvement - Pension if you put in 5 years minimum. Doesn't get "good" unless you put 20+ years into the company . Great if you want to dedicate your life to the plant and unless you're upper management you'll never get fired either.

Cons

- Plant dynamics leads to finger pointing and head butting between groups preventing forward progress from ever being attained. - Expected to work long hours and salary does not receive OT - Upper management is absent - Shift work on 2 12 hour shifts (Days: 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off, 2 on, 2 off, repeat) with 1 night and 1 day shift - 2 weeks starting vacation is lacking for the industry - RPM, the holding company, is absent leadership that decides how many of our profits we are actually able to reinvest (underfunded) while also complaining about our performance and demanding more from Rustoleum management. Therefore, the company is double managed and 2x as hard to do anything and everything

Pros

Great brands & quality products, wonderful coworkers and community, pension plan, leadership development focus, learning investment.

Cons

Below industry base pay, recent uncertainty of bonus achievement, flat growth, influx of oversight by parent company (less entrepreneurial spirit), recent reductions in force.
