In 3 years, with 3 different positions in the company I was extremely bored due to lack of work in every position. - Anonymous employee Rust-Oleum Employee Review

Pros

Good benefits, friendly atmosphere, male coworkers are nice (most female coworkers only give dirty looks when you say hello)

Cons

Some workers are extremely busy while others have absolutely nothing to do. The lack of distribution of work is ridiculous. I overheard management talking about hiring temps to help while I, along with at least 3 other departmental coworkers, sat around daily with no work. When the lack of work was brought to management's attention, workers were told we were lucky to have a job.

Pros

Great brands & quality products, wonderful coworkers and community, pension plan, leadership development focus, learning investment.

Cons

Below industry base pay, recent uncertainty of bonus achievement, flat growth, influx of oversight by parent company (less entrepreneurial spirit), recent reductions in force.
