      Money was ok. Autonomy was pretty nice.

      Cons

      Management is the "Good ole boy" network. They love to eat and love to party - including strip clubs - but that is not what some are looking for.

      Great brands & quality products, wonderful coworkers and community, pension plan, leadership development focus, learning investment.

      Below industry base pay, recent uncertainty of bonus achievement, flat growth, influx of oversight by parent company (less entrepreneurial spirit), recent reductions in force.
