Pros

Good benefits, lots of vacation time, the company as whole means well! Lots of volunteer opportunities for the communities.

Cons

Well, people who are in management positions shouldn't be, they are not knowledgeable and expect too much from employees. The only way to get ahead in this company is to either know someone or completely suck at your job. It's a shame that the higher ups are blind to this. Hard work definitely goes unnoticed. Workloads are completely unfair, they take advantage of people who can handle more than one thing at a time, and find it acceptable or even praise the people who are barely able to complete the job they were given! I had tried to leave on a good note but my "supervisor" made that incredibly hard with her nasty attitude. Also waited until my last day to ask for help training her, should she have already known how to do my job since she was my boss?

Below industry base pay, recent uncertainty of bonus achievement, flat growth, influx of oversight by parent company (less entrepreneurial spirit), recent reductions in force.
