Pros
Good exposure to large companies, well intentioned from the top but somewhere along the way down the line it is highly misconstrued.
Cons
Lie about bonus structure, does not hold up their end on pay increases, no transparency on deliverables, leadership is political and protected, they want to promote this diverse culture with diverse searches yet they allow misogynists to grow into leadership positions and victimize those who speak up. They fired a ton of people with no notice and NO SEVERANCE giving us folks still here little to no confidence in the communication received.
