Literally anything you could think of. No HR department; every decision starts and stops with the CEO. Racist, sexist, homophobic complaints about the organization. -Which is especially comical given that they play on the fact they are "minority owned". When in all reality, they could actually care less about the minorities. Nepotism and favoritism runs DEEP. Just take a look at the various "business lines" and those in managerial positions. Be careful though! Once you're on the outs with said family members, you will most likely need to look for a new employer. Micro management culture. Commission (or lack thereof) --- if you are a tenured agency recruiter; RUN. At RTA, you will never see commission. You will never understand your P/L report. You will never get a straight answer from your manager (because they, most likely, are reaping the reward from you not getting your commission).
