This company can provide you with an opportunity to definitely provide for yourself but at what cost? The management is anxious which trickles down to lower level employees/recruiters. Ther is never enough staff per team to actually handle the requisition load as RTA tries to make you understand that you are on a discretionary bonus structure. That's not the best of it. The monday morning meetings are not the best use of time a the CEO just talks and tries to crack jokes but really he is just showing his current employees how disconnected leadership is from the actual people that make this company run. Also, RTA - pay your recruiters more and stop with the old school mentality, no one has time for it.
Cons
Basically everything, benefits, pay, leadership, management. This company needs new leadership immediately. The word is getting around about RTA. also, diversity and inclusion is a joke here.
