In my career, I've never experienced a company where Sr. leadership is willing to be vulnerable and share authentic emotions with the entire company. This encourages me to bring my authentic self to everything I do at Russell Tobin. Team Members are judged not only by the profits they generate, but also by how they contribute to our overall culture.
Cons
Being a remote employee can be challenging at times, but Covid has helped provide a new perspective and it now feels like I have a more equal seat at the table. Yes, tough decisions were made over the last year, but we all did what we needed in order to stay afloat.
