Fantastic culture - Anonymous employee Russell Tobin Employee Review

Having worked at other staffing firms, I have to say that Russell Tobin is amazing. The company culture is so positive and they really reward hard work. The whole team is friendly and welcoming to new staff, and no one competes with each other to fill jobs. It's unlike any other agency in New York. No sleazy/shark-like behavior, lots of fun events, and everyone seems to genuinely like each other. Leo Russell and Tim Tobin have built a company that I'm so proud to be a part of.
