Absolutely no pros what so ever. Terrible management have zero care for there staff, terrible pay and terrible holiday system.

Applied for team leader role got the job but was given a contract that stated a telesales executive role at basic minimum wage with 1.5 holidays accrued after every month of working there (after the initial 3 month period)
