Pros

Pays really well, lots of wonderful people, offices are pretty swish, if you love drinking then the culture is great...

Cons

All the money in the world couldn't make up for an entirely insensitive, unsupportive and 100% profit centric culture. RRA pays a lot of lip service to things like work/life balance, diversity & inclusion and mental health support but when push comes to shove if you aren't willing to work 10 hour days 5 times a week PLUS take a load of crap from consultant level and above colleagues that are only good for talking to other rich white people then you'll get the boot.

Pros

The organization provides great benefits

Cons

Management incentivizes high revenue generators, which also includes leaders who sometimes treat people very poorly. Depending on the office you are in, you might get work, but if you are in a lower-volume office you will have to figure things out on your own. They claim the bonus structure is transparent, but it is far less of a meritocracy than advertised during the interview process. Unless you have a strong sponsor, you have to fend for yourself. Some people have experienced a significant amount of mistreatment.
