      Pros

      It was a great experience working at Russell Construction Company. Not only was the company wonder, the people were even more fantastic. Great pay structure, always communication from upper management, and such a friendly vacation policy.

      Cons

      The only downside would be traveling to some of the jobs site not located in the Quad Cities. It could make for such a long day, but great work was being done.

      Great bosses, no micromanaging. They trust you to get your job done and empower you with the tools to do so. PTO, Benefits, Networking and Development opportunities, happy hours, flexible working hours, relaxed dress code

      Cons

      High stress job - just know that going into it! Lack of advancement (there are opportunities but there may be a little bit of a wait to get them)

      Unlimited PTO. Good pay. Good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible culture. Leaders come from outside the construction industry, have no construction experience, and lead with their ego. Huge turnover percentage in the STL office.
