Pros

Good products Nice office and colleagues

Cons

What the other reviewers said was right, if only the customers could see how they treat their staff. The 2 “directors” have a superiority complex, and I felt I never received any direction or support from them. I didn’t feel like I was treated as a human being, just a cog in the machine. I’m very surprised that anyone could work here longer than a month. The work environment was so cold and uninviting because they don’t encourage talking or collaboration. The interview process was also tedious and long and it wasn’t even worth it in the end. The best part about the job was leaving and knowing that I would never treat people the way that management did.

Pros

The small team means you get to fill a lot of different roles and that ultimately helped me get my current job as I otherwise wouldn't have had the experience. This is the only pro.

Cons

NO SUPPORT The "directors" as they call themselves, don't consider staff management or training to be in their job description. They give little to no support to their staff. In fact, they light a fire under all their employees to make them work harder and for longer hours. EXPLOITATIVE WORK PRACTICES They don't care for anyone's personal wellbeing. Everyone is underpaid, overtime is a part of every day and work outside of work hours is never reimbursed with time in lieu. NO TEAM You're not allowed to talk. The directors consider this to be distracting others. This means you don't feel like you're collaborating in or contributing to a team. This leads to extremely low job satisfaction, which leads me to my next point... SUPER HIGH TURNOVER Burn out is rife. No one is happy working there. Once you reach the point of awareness that it's not going to get better, you know you have to get yourself out of there. Very few people last longer than 6-10 months. DON'T BELIEVE THEIR PR They'll tell you that the harder you work, the more opportunities there'll be and you'll be rewarded. They advertise that they do team building days and allow their employees flexible hours. The reality is, they just want you to work harder.
