Pros
I started out at a very low level position and worked my way up. If you choose to work hard, you are rewarded. I have now worked for this company for five years and it changed my life. This job allowed me to work with numbers as I always wanted, and maintain a normal, functional life. I feel as though my voice is always heard. The staff is great and were like a family. We have gone through so many changes within the company and figuring out the path we wanted to take and we are almost there. It has been a very cool thing to be a part of.
Cons
Some of the changes were difficult and at those times there may have been a few cons but those are just part of the growing pains in a business. Normal stuff.
