Pros

Great company with a great work ethic and the potential to be the best of the best.

Cons

Per older reviews on Glassdoor, the job used to pay $75k in 2019(on-site), and I was offered $60k(remote). Restructuring /Training needed. This was obvious within 35/90 days of being on the job. Just because you got hired does NOT mean you will get trained. Managers TRAIN whom they WANT to train. Rush has A LOT of growing pains to overcome per the Restructuring /Training needed. The swim-or-sink approach needs to be revised. This means an organization willingly provides little to no support for those entering new roles. Then, when called out on it, that training gets unlocked, and proper SAP WM access is given on the way out the door. Much good that does.

Pros

Very little micro-management and senior leadership actually listens to engineer feedback. The pay and ability to work remotely was also great.

Cons

You may end up wearing multiple hats. While this can be daunting at first, the experienced gained was invaluable.

Pros

The company has been in business over 60 years. The company has multiple locations in the United States.

Cons

Lack of support and communication from different levels and different departments of management on what is expected. The lack of prioritizing or being able to reach management for direction makes things inefficient. Having many people leave in droves is indicator.
