Corporate office has no clue about the day to day operations in the dealership. I understand the need for layoffs, but it should be performance based not position based.

The company has been in business over 60 years. The company has multiple locations in the United States.
Cons
Lack of support and communication from different levels and different departments of management on what is expected. The lack of prioritizing or being able to reach management for direction makes things inefficient. Having many people leave in droves is indicator.
