Thank you for your feedback. The advice to management is very helpful. We are close to launching a new Performance Management tool and process designed to provide better feedback and interaction between employees and their supervisors. The Learning & Development department is building a Foundational Leadership program that will address financial management process improvement. Our annual survey tool, Our Voice, is a great way to provide 360 degree feedback, which I hope you had the opportunity to participate in. Communication is key focus for the Company and our survey results tell us we continue to make great strides in improvement in this area. We are committed to continue to get better in this area.

Pros

Very little micro-management and senior leadership actually listens to engineer feedback. The pay and ability to work remotely was also great.

Cons

You may end up wearing multiple hats. While this can be daunting at first, the experienced gained was invaluable.

Pros

The company has been in business over 60 years. The company has multiple locations in the United States.

Cons

Lack of support and communication from different levels and different departments of management on what is expected. The lack of prioritizing or being able to reach management for direction makes things inefficient. Having many people leave in droves is indicator.
