      Decent pay, though could be better, management was forgiving.

      Cons

      The everyday atmosphere was full of ambiguity. Customers are uoset, workers are always upset, if no one blows up thats how you consider it a good day.

      Pros

      The company has been in business over 60 years. The company has multiple locations in the United States.

      Cons

      Lack of support and communication from different levels and different departments of management on what is expected. The lack of prioritizing or being able to reach management for direction makes things inefficient. Having many people leave in droves is indicator.
