Great employers! Family oriented and community minded. I like that it is not a 'corporation' and employee input is welcome. They are also always growing and changing with the times.
Cons
Fast-paced, big work-loads and sometimes stressful. These are things most of us thrive on, but may be a con if you are looking for something in an easy/steady/quiet environment.
