Team environment across the board, family feel, great co workers, great management, quick and competitive hiring. They do not waste time on talent pools and playing games, if they want you they quickly make a competitive offer on the higher side of averages. Great benefits package, down to earth people.
Cons
It’s meat, so a lot of time spent in older environments.
