      Good Hours Company vehicle for personal use Company is very good about reimbursing for company expenses Very lenient with what you do and how you do it

      Cons

      Expect lots of OT when needed without paying OT if on salary No training for designers, as there are 12 total No vertical movement from what I’ve seen in this position
