      Excellent company to work for. Good pay and benefits. Corporate employees are fantastic.

      Cons

      Very little training. IT Director is very hostile person. If you are offered a job in IT at Ruppert think twice. Be prepared to be belittled, bullied publicly and to witness others treated the same.
