1) Bad Culture: leaves are denied. People are treated as resources 2) Most Managers are inexperienced and are very theoretical. Lack real world people management skills. Get swayed by emotions and make biased judgements 3) Favoritism: Not everyone is treated equally. to top this up not a very open culture. people dont take criticism well 4) Bad Policies: There are no HR Policies. So ill framed policies which bend to the will of the reporting manager. 5) Firing at will and without notice: people are fired without giving any notice period. And to support this they point out to employee contract. which says no notice period if company fires you and one month if employee plans to leave. I know this wouldnt stand if any employee goes to labour court.
