      Pros

      There is a friendly staff and a great boss. He is very kind and charitable. Always willing to work around your schedule. Hard work is rewarded. 50% employee discount, and free drinks.

      Cons

      Need to be willing to do some hard physical labor, be on your feet all day, and think quickly in stressful situations. I would call these challenges. They are not really cons.
