Pros
Good for beginners to gain some experience, not much pressure if you mess up. Friendly environment. Works hours aren't too strict (8-10 to 17-19, and if you do less than that it's usually fine).
Cons
Very little transparency with workers and clients. Will often ask workers to lie to the clients about experience or even about what company they work for. Don't like announcements when people leave the company. Almost no perks included. Even small things like coffee had to be paid by the workers. Health insurance is optional, cut from salary. Comfort in the office is some times sacrificed for the sake of fitting more people in. Good work some times feels like it goes unrewarded. Pay raises occur, but disputing them seems futile.
