The 'everything is gonna be alright' strategy fails to spur talented staff and it's terrible for morale. Its unique corporate structure of its unique managers is an inverse pyramid where 8 managers lead a team of 4. The company head often exaggerates his ability to steal market share and revolutionize the industry. Good valid suggestions falls on deaf ears while we pursue the same ideas that have been rinsed and repeated over the better decade of the company. Sometimes it feels like you are dealing with political environment that mimics ancient china's emperor and his concubine, and asking yourself if joining a MLM is a better pick to destruction.
