Pros

- Amazing team and product, everyone is aligned on the same goals and mission which leads to some amazing work - Use of modern tech stack and the engineering culture is very open to adopting new tooling and AI - Still very much operating with a start up mindset, moving at pace and velocity and no red tape. The structure of the organisation is quite flat and people can make a large impact at the junior to senior level in engineering - Lots of growth opportunities with mid year salary and promotion reviews - Very social and lively office - bimonthly team runs and lunch, and lots of other things like dinner clubs, tech socials, offsite's etc. - Great benefits and perks too!

Cons

- Fast-paced environment where priorities and business decisions can change quite quickly. Not a huge con if you're used to working in a start up environment, but something to be mindful of prior to joining - There is a slight bias to hiring people who are already quite passionate runners, which made sense for building out the company initially, but opening out hiring to not just passionate runners has improved!

Pros

The benefits package is equal to or stronger than most companies at a similar stage of growth. Our team is passionate about the product we are building, and it makes it very easy to feel fulfilled by the work I am doing. There are many opportunities to expand in your role outside of what is explicitly written in the description, and most teams are willing to accept input/contribution from all perspectives. Also, we get paid to run/workout once a week, can't beat that!

Cons

There's definitely a strong start-up culture; you are not able to coast in your role. It's a strong culture of advancement and excellence, which can bleed into work-life balance.
