Pros
- Everyone in the team is awesome to work with - Super flexible hours and you can work from anywhere - Lots of leave available and we never have to worry about whether or not it'll get approved - Lots of opportunities to socialise as a remote team - virtual team lunches, show-and-tells, in-person catchups - Open and transparent pay
Cons
It's a small company so I often help out in a lot of different areas and projects that aren't in my job description. This is typical with most small companies though... Some benefits like stock options and paid gym memberships aren't available, but I'd argue that this is offset by great pay, paid WFH set-up, lots of leave etc.
