Pros
Runecast is a great place to work. The whole team is really nice, everyone contributes to the business any way they can while being great team members. All the co-founders are great people to work with and are very inspiring people and leaders. Since day one I loved how hands-on my position was. I was given many tasks related to my job, as well as from different areas. I also like how diverse the job is, and how mentally challenged I am every day.
Cons
Distributed team means that it is not always easy to catch up with colleagues working in different time zones and therefore feel as one team. It is not possible to meet up as often now (covid-19) but once it is, it would be great to meet everyone in person at one place.
