Family environment, excellent working conditions, positive attitude, collaborative atmosphere. Easy going working hours, very good communication with board giving incentives for action.
Cons
Tough demanding work depending on the specific conditions under which the ngo works. Sometimes there was a lack of coordinating and prioritizing goals and mission.
