      No work life balance at all,very usual for everybody in the team to work almost seven days a week We are expected to work post office hours on a regular basis and it has become a norm

      Pros

      Very Easy to get in the company if you have someone working in the company at senior level. No need of skills. If any senior is a known person. Easy internship and job offers.

      Cons

      They say it is a software development company but do not follow any software development life cycle like Agile or anything. It is very funny how management do not follow basic principles of software engineering and they will expect the project to go for a live.
