Pros
I've worked at Rule29 for a few years now, and my experience here has been so invaluable to my personal and professional growth. You really get the opportunity to work on a ton of projects that challenge you to develop and work in a variety of design disciplines. No two days are the same in terms of what you're working on, which keeps things fresh and lively day-to-day. As creatives, we're afforded ample opportunities to be pushed and grow individually, while having a trusted creative team to collaborate on projects on a daily basis. You feel heard and can really make an impact offering solutions and guidance in a team setting. From a culture perspective, you really feel like part of a family that's pulling for each other working at Rule29. There's a great balance of staying diligent while being able to keep it light and fun.
Cons
A reality of the design industry is that you'll be charged with balancing a lot of projects on your plate. This, along with the challenge of working with and managing client expectations can make for a fast-paced environment that can be stressful at times.
