There was some team reshuffling a few years ago with ownership changes, which caused a little instability, but things have really leveled out and the company is in a good place now

Every day is different and we're constantly working on new projects so you don't fall into the monotonous lull of doing the same thing day in and day out. There is a lot of room for individuals to grow and be challenged by new things. Rule29 works with each team member to establish a clear growth trajectory based on interest and a personalized, ever-evolving learning plan. The leadership team is very transparent and accessible with managers that are genuinely invested in the individuals on their teams. Culture of work hard, play hard. Things can move really quickly. Not all projects but some have pretty fast turnaround times based on client need. Process can change often as we learn of better ways to do things, but can be a little difficult to keep up with.
