Pros
Good pay. Work is relatively low stress. Small teams. WFH Fridays.
Cons
No family coverage for benefits. No flexibility working from home outside of Fridays. Culture is old school, HR is non-existent which becomes apparent when you need to access information about insurance/benefits/pay, vacation days lumped into sick time. Accountants are quick to deduct pay once you go over PTO and don't mention upon hiring your PTO is "pro-rated" and you won't get your full days the first year. The only person acting as HR is very obviously more concerned about the company checkbook and cutting corners over resolving issues to keep staff complacent.
