Bad work environment - Anonymous employee Ruhnau Ruhnau Clarke Employee Review

Toxic work environment. No one in the office knows how to communicate effectively, lots of office drama that prohibits real work from getting done. Upper management doesn't know how to manage people and there is no formal HR, causing a lot of interpersonal issues to arise. Not to mention the favoritism here is bad. There are opportunities given to employees who are family or treated like family. Lots of young talent is brought in and taken advantage of by people who aren't qualified for their roles and rely on them to get the job done.
