      Pros

      You wont come across more hard working, intelligent and passionate people anywhere else. Without the staff, the RFU would be up the creek.

      Cons

      Slow and half hearted attitude to sorting staff reports of blatant sexism, physical harassment and general all round poor behaviour from certain parts of the organisation (anyone reading this who is /has been at the RFU will know exactly what part I'm talking about). Complete lack of strategy.

      Great pay. Amazing support from mentors. Employ good people. Reimburse travel. All round great place to work. Supportive of CPD.

      No cons at all. Very supportive team. Nil issues with payments or initial set up as employee.

      It’s a shame there was no opportunity to stay on full time
