Everything is on paper, no CRM to accurately and efficiently keep track of orders. Customer service reps are required to do all ordering, tracking, follow ups while simultaneously being a cashier. I was left alone at the customer service desk and backhandedly "promoted" to customer service manager (I was the only one handling everything) with a pay raise offered of $1 eventually demanding and receiving a whopping $2. Giving me a total of $16/hr. This is easily a $25.00/hr position especially if you are requiring your CS reps to juggle everything AND be a cashier.

A real team atmosphere great product plenty to keep busy decent insurance and 401K matching
