With high turnover in management, it seemed that adhering to policies was overlooked completely. For example, I rarely was allowed to take my state mandated break from working 8-9 sometimes 10 hour shifts. I wish I stuck up for myself and got what I legally deserved but management was not approachable and did not take younger employees seriously.
