      - Good Benefits - Ok Salary/ Per Hour - Very Busy with Events - Great Learning Experience

      Cons

      - Management not that great - Training not that great, need to have some event planning experience to succeed at this position - People like to gossip over there, my advice is to stay out of it and just do your job - Being over worked, it's a fast turn over job

      Golf outings and weddings make a ton of money. Working outside is a bonus

      Turn over on management side is so high nothing ever lasts more than 2 seasons
