Great place to work. If you want to work for a company you can stand behind, this might be the place for you. The company has a vision and a strong commitment to excellence. It's not always easy achieving the big goals, corporately and individually, but when you do, it’s that much more rewarding. You MUST truly care and have the mentality that this is not just a job. If you commit, it’s an exciting place to be. Great people. The senior management is caring, generous, and dedicated to investing in people, especially those who have proven that they have a desire to make an impact. They expect a lot, but one of my favorite things is that they are keen to hire the right people rather than focusing on filling specific positions. Positions are more often tailored to the unique talents of individuals rather than individuals being asked to fit a specific mold for a position, which means everyone is working in his/her strengths. These people are not only very hard-working and supportive of one another, they are also fun to be around. Great culture. Personally, I have been given some great opportunities to learn and grow in my time at RuffleButts, and my pay has always been more than fair, including raises and bonuses. Pair that with awesome perks like an employee discount, frequent lunches, great company events, and you have an awesome compensation package. The office has lots of windows, great upbeat music, complimentary coffee and soda, and you are pretty free to wear what you like.
