Pros
Communicative and understanding management, most of the clientele is nice, company likes to promote from within, small growing business where you feel like you actually can have an impact and you're more than just a number, tips, long breaks, get to play with dogs, if you request time off with a week or two of notice you are basically guaranteed it, ability to gain skills and go into a dog training career
Cons
Not the most competitive pay (although tips help), small business with not a ton of employees so sometimes it's hard to get last-minute shift coverage if you have to call out
