Pros
Can choose hours. Management is kind and did the best they could. Lots of LinkedIn connections from the work I did.
Cons
Pay is awful, no raises, and no bonus for bringing in $500+ in one call. I feel like there should be some motivation to bring in money, but there isn't. Racist, awful alumni that were still on the list after years. An abusive and toxic alum made me break down and quit on the spot after 2 months. Unnatural sales pitch that we were not able to change into our own words. High turnover rate as a result.
