Pros

Salary is decent and pays the bills

Cons

Don't be deceived by the five-star reviews—HR manipulates ratings by encouraging employees to leave positive feedback when the company's reputation takes a hit. The reality is far from what’s portrayed. For starters, you’re allotted just two sick days a year and no vacation time. Despite being hired as a designer, you're treated like a mere cog in the machine. If you have any creative ambition, this is not the place for you and I’d avise you to run as fast as you can. Management is made up of individuals without the necessary qualifications or talent, yet they hold power while you're relegated to mundane tasks like sending emails. The department is led by someone who can’t even distinguish between two lab dips, and technical knowledge is a foreign concept—yet as long as you're in the boss’s good graces, you’re fine. This company operates like a joke on multiple levels: you'll be expected to replicate styles from Shein, slap a logo on them, and call it 'design.' There is no true innovation or originality. The atmosphere is overwhelmingly toxic, from the CEO to HR—don’t trust a single word that comes out of their mouths. If you like public humiliation, you’ll be served.

Pros

In my experience, the work environment is crafted to empower its employees, supporting open communication and the free exchange of ideas including feedback. This helps in showcasing the company's progressive leadership. Colleagues here extend beyond mere coworkers; they are dependable and amicable, and form a supportive network that enriches the work experience. Management's receptiveness to concerns amplifies the sense of community and mutual respect within the company.

Cons

I don’t have any cons as of the moment.
