      Benefits are typical Depending on your manager (accounting) was super great! and Learned a lot Salary was reasonable but you definitely have a lot in your plate

      Cons

      Not diverse so you feel left out, and they do not care to make you feel that way some collogues ... PTO is super average VERY micromanaging

      Pros

      Tight-knit group that works hard as a team. Competitive but more than willing to see the next person succeed at the end of the day. You're invited to the table at anytime but you have to work for it. Earn trust and integrity, and you're set for a long happy career.

      Long, busy work weeks, but that's the industry.
