Ruddy's do very interesting Work all across London. They have a number of different project types which is good for individual development and keeping the job interesting.

Ruddy's as a business has grown over the past few years, but have not grown their mindset and procedures. Work needs to be done to define job roles, management structure and internal processes to make the day to day more efficient and user friendly.
