      Pros

      Very talented creative team, everyone is easy to work with. Work life balance was manageable and they did promote from within.

      Cons

      No streamlined client process, which led to a lot of angry clients and made cross-departmental collaboration a mess. Too many cooks in the kitchen. A lot of random layoffs without warning and little to no severance for those laid off. I’ve seen at least 5 coworkers on a team of 8 get laid off over a period of 1 year.

      Pros

      The people are amazing to work with. Everyone contributes and there is a real sense of collaboration.

      Cons

      Sometimes working remotely can mean that there are gaps in communication, but they are easily fixed!

      Pros

      Was not overloaded with work until team was reduced. Good work life balance and hybrid office hours. Unlimited PTO was a plus.

      Cons

      Leadership issues caused blockers with digital product development. Unfortunately none of the large products I contributed to were released.
